Nina Edgington has been a broker in Delta county since 1996 and owned her own office since 2001. As employing broker of American Land Realty she has worked hard to build a reputation of professionalism and customer service. Always interested in education to further her expertise, she has achieved designations as Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Masters of Real Estate (MRE). She has been the chair of Education for the Delta County Board of Realtors since 1999. She has served as a director on both the Delta County Board of Realtors and the Delta County MLS.
Outside of Real Estate, Nina continues to volunteer in the community. She delivered Meals on Wheels to community shut-ins for 5 years, served as Cedaredge Middle School District Accountability for Delta County School District for 2 years, and has been a volunteer for Hospice for the past 5 years and continues to sit with Hospice patients to provide respite for caregivers or companionship for patients. She also serves on the Hospice Denium and Diamonds committee.
